Pipe Components

• Inner and outer layers of Random Polypropylene (PPR): The primary material provides resistance to chemical corrosion, rust, and can withstand high and low temperatures. It is safe for potable water transport.

• Fiberglass layer: Acts as a support or reinforcement layer within the pipe structure, providing additional strength, reducing thermal expansion, and increasing pressure resistance.

• Polyethylene (PE) protective layer: The outer layer is often made of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or another type of polyethylene, providing extra protection against external factors and mechanical damage, especially for underground or harsh environment installations.

• High corrosion resistance: Not affected by acidic or alkaline substances (pH 1–14).

• Long service life: Designed for long-term use, with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 30 years.

• Lightweight and easy to install: Despite its multiple layers, it is lighter than metal pipes.

• Heat resistance: Suitable for hot and cold water systems, with continuous operating temperatures up to 70°C and peak temperatures up to 100°C.

• Reduces thermal expansion: The fiberglass layer significantly reduces pipe expansion and contraction under temperature changes compared to conventional PPR pipes.
